5. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on the agreed-upon schedule. If access is unavailable due to circumstances on your end and we are unable to complete the job as scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule and may charge a trip fee to cover the cost of the dispatched crew.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete jobs on schedule, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other factors outside our control.

6. Warranty

Our labor is warranted against defects in workmanship for one year from the date the job is completed, unless a different warranty period is specified in writing on the estimate or invoice. This warranty covers defects that result from errors in our installation work.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by water intrusion, pest activity, settling, or structural issues not disclosed at the time of the job.
• Defects in materials covered by a separate manufacturer warranty.
• Work modified or disturbed by third parties after our job is complete.
• Normal wear and aging of insulation materials over time.

Manufacturer material warranties, where applicable, are passed through to you as the property owner. We will provide documentation of any applicable material warranties upon request.
